Every family's situation is different, so we keep things simple: start with a free chat, book a one-hour consultation, then buy support hours only if and when you need them.
What Do Your Hours Cover?
Your hours cover all of Kimberley's time spent on your behalf, not just time spent talking to you. That includes:
• Phone and video calls with you and your family
• Attending meetings, assessments and care reviews
• Visiting and assessing care homes with you or for you
• Chasing GPs, hospitals, social services and care providers
• Research, paperwork and written summaries
• Emails and messages
Time is recorded in 15-minute units and you'll receive regular updates on how many hours you have left. You can top up at any time, and any unused hours carry over when you do.
You don't need to decide now. At the end of your consultation, Kimberley will recommend the option that best fits your situation, or tell you honestly if you don't need any more support at all.
Step 3: Support Hours
Need more help after your consultation? Buy a block of hours and Kimberley will work alongside your family for as long as the hours last. The bigger the block, the lower the hourly rate.
Buy any block of hours within 7 days of your consultation and we'll take £49 off.
Kimberley will give you your code at the end of your session.
